Our in-office dental plan is a calendar year savings plan for patients without insurance. Payment is due in full. This plan may not be combined with any other discounts or insurance. Plan fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a patient fails to use their plan benefits during the enrollment period, those benefits are forfeited. The ADA and Dr. Hedlund recommend a panoramic x-ray and full mouth series every 5 years at an additional cost (including discount) of $32 for FMX and $163 for panoramic. Care credit cannot be accepted.
